Nanny, Blogging and Chatting…Happy Days #10

Happy Days #10

I love this linky by ‘What Katy Said’ and ‘Quite Frankly She Said’ called Happy Days.

Here is what Katy and Sian say about it…

The idea of this linky is to inspire others to make the best out of every day, to see the happy in the little things. As no matter what, there is always something good in every single day- we just need to take the time to see it.

Well it was back from holiday with a bump for us, as Alice was sick the next day. Luckily it was just a 24 hour bug and we are all back to full health. The week started off slow for us a result, but we made up for it later in the week.

 Lets talk happy moments…

bullet heartSeeing my girls see their nanny for the first time since we got back from holiday. Running into her arms shouting ‘nanny’. It really melts my heart to see my girls with my mum.

bullet heartAlice has never liked having her hair up, but on holiday I managed to convince her to put it up. Well, she has loved it and continued to let me put up since we have been home. She looks so cute, but also very grown up!

bullet heart

Accomplishing a real milestone in my little blogging world. I have fallen in love with blogging and to see it grow makes me so happy. Plus I made the Top 500 in this month’s Tots100 ranking, I still can’t believe it and this made me very happy.

bullet heartHolly turned twenty one months this week and I can’t get over how much she is talking. I just love our little chats now and life has become that bit easier with her being able to tell me what she wants.

bullet heartSpending a lovely afternoon with our friends. We have seen them every week since Alice and her friend were born, with the exception of holidays and sickness, and we are lucky to have them in our life. I just can’t believe how big they are now!!

It’s a Bank Holiday weekend, don’t you just love May! Plus it’s half term from preschool and we have a packed week to enjoy. Have fun everyone!

Awwww I know when we go away my kids will miss their grandma so much. We always Skype whilst being away though. My little boy is 20 months and he still doesn’t speak too much. He understands everything I say though which is good.
