Review: Bathing Bunnies…

I don’t know about you but I love nothing more than being all snuggled up on the sofa in my pyjamas and dressing gown in the evenings. I find I relax so much more in them.

As soon as Alice was old enough I have brought her a dressing gown, she looked so cute in her little pink dressing gown barely able to toddle around. Of course it then got passed down to Holly, who looked equally adorable in it.

Alice will insist on wearing a dressing gown even in the summer, she just loves to be cosy. Plus nanny always wears one and she loves to be like her nanny and takes hers with her for a sleep over.

The girls were both outgrowing theirs with the sleeves riding up the arms. So, when Bathing Bunnies got in touch and asked if they could send the girls one each, I quickly said yes.

Bathing Bunnies is a lovely company with so many gorgeous items for little ones, they have the most adorable baby bathing towels, I personally love the penguin one.

My girls choose their own bathing robes and I knew exactly which one Alice would go for and I was right. She choose the Pretty Princess Bathing Robe, I mean who doesn’t love a dressing gown with a crown on the hood. Plus it was pink, it ticked all of Alice’s boxes.

With a little help from mummy Holly choose the Hooty Owl Bathing Robe, it was in the same pink as Alice’s and it has the cutest owl on the hood.

The girls couldn’t wait to open the box when they arrived and I had to quickly take a picture so you could see how lovely they are presented.

Then they were straight on, what I really liked was they had poppers to do them up, along with the belt to tie up. The poppers are a great idea to keep them on little ones.

Alice loved the crown on top of hers and has worn it everyday running around telling us she is the princess of the house, like we needed reminding!

And little Holly looks adorable in her Hooty Owl robe, I just want to snuggle her she looks so cute.

I love the detail of their hoods, the crown is a great addition to Alice’s and Holly’s Owl is just too cute!

The bath robes are made using the finest soft and super-absorbent 100% cotton terry towelling which stays plush, wash after wash.

Girls laughing

I don’t know about your household, but in our house if you mention the word ‘bath time’, the girls just go crazy, running around chasing each other. Before stopping for a quick cuddle. They do look like two peas in a pod running about in their bathing robes.

Both the Princess Bathing Robe and the Hooty Owl Bathing Robe are priced at £24.99 and are age 1-3 years old.

They also give you the option to personalise the robe with your choice of name beautifully embroidered on the back. I choose not to do this, as because the quality is so good I will pass Alice’s down to Holly.

All the items on Bathing Bunnies would make ideal gifts and they offer a gift-wrap option, and present the item in a Bathing Bunnies gift box lined with tissue paper to create an extra special present.

Right I am off to snuggle my owl and curtsey to the princess of the house…

Oh my goodness Laura, these are just the cutest things ever! I love that they do up properly rather than just with a tie thing.

These are so adorable! I’d want the princess one for myself haha. I love these type of towels. It’s amazing how hard it is to keep their head warm and to dry it when they’re bundled in a regular towel. x
