Review: A Canvas Design…Hanging that Perfect Picture!

For anyone that reads my blog regularly or follows me over on Instagram, I take a lot of photos of my girls. I want to capture every moment and treasure them forever.

I love to find ways to display my favourite photos within our home, without having my house full of photos. And whilst of course a lot of these photos are of my girls, from when they were babies up to now. I also like to remember that there was a time before children.

A time when it was just Andy and I, the holidays we had, the nights out we had and of course our wedding day.

We got married in November on a crisp winters day, the sun shone and our photos of the day capture the time of year really well. With the leaves on the floor and the clear blue sky. I have a couple of photos around the house, but they seem to have got lost a bit with the photos of the girls.

So, when Canvas Design got on in touch and asked if we would like to review one of their black and white canvases, I thought this would be the perfect way to display a photo from our wedding day.

I loved looking back through our album to decide which photo to use and I picked one of my favourites of Andy and I amongst the trees.

It’s really easy to upload your photo to their site. You then chose the size, if you would like colour or black and white and you can position your photo to exactly how you want it to appear. And that’s it, hit buy now and you are done.

There is an option to include your mobile number and I then received regular texts to let me know the progress of my order. With the final text giving me a two hour delivery window, which I love as it means you don’t have to wait in all day.

It arrived well packaged so that it didn’t get damaged on route. I immediately loved it, it came just how it looked on the screen and I was surprised by how light it felt, but at the same time sturdy.

All canvas’s have a hanging bracket included, which I pleased to see as I know this isn’t always the case when buying frames. It meant that I could hang it up straight away.

The quality of the canvas is one of the best I’ve seen, it has a really nice finish to and it doesn’t have that shine that some canvas pictures can have.

I found it easy to hang and I didn’t have to wait for Andy to come home to help me. Because it has a nice slim frame it hangs close to the wall, and you don’t have that annoying gap.

I choose to hang it in our bedroom and I love glancing over at in and remembering our special day. Photos are so powerful in helping us to keep these treasured moments alive in our minds.

I have been really impressed with Canvas Design and I honestly can’t fault their service and the quality of the product. Even the prices are good, starting at £6.99.

Canvas Design are giving my readers a 25% discount off their products and they don’t just sell canvas prints! Head over and take a look and then pop in this code ‘SILVERADA25’ when you go to checkout.

Disclosure: I was sent my canvas in return for an honest review. All views and opinions are my own.

Oh what a lovely photo. And a canvas is a perfect way to display it. I have a photo of my grandparents on their wedding day that my cousin got put onto a canvas for me as my wedding gift. Literally the best present ever.

    Aww, what a lovely photo
I do love canvas photos and we have a few of the children in the playroom. It’s also great when the frame isn’t big and bulky and sits snug against the wall
    Hope you enjoy your photo!
