18 Things For 2018…

Goodbye 2017, you’ve been a mixed bag kind of year and I’m now ready to look ahead to 2018 and see what it brings. 2018 brings a big (ssh!) birthday for me and I left it far too late to do a list of things to do before I turn 40!

Instead I was tagged by Cat at Rock and Roll Pussycat to complete the 18 for 2018, which is where you list 18 things that you would like to do in 2018 and I thought I would use this and the whole year to try and achieve somethings that I would like to do.

One. Take time for me every month. This is something that I’m not very good at doing, when actually it’s something that both Andy and I know helps me a lot when I do it. Andy is really supportive of me taking time out for me, whether it’s an afternoon, a whole day or a couple of days away. I’m just not good at being away from my family too often and I forget to arrange it.

Two. Have more massages.

Three. Go away with my family for my birthday.

Four. Go to a concert. I love live music and need to find someone that I love who is touring this year.

Five. Have one night a month for Andy and I. Even if we can’t go out for the night, we can do something special at home.

Six. Loose weight and tone up.

Seven. Rekindle friendships or accept they’ve gone and move on.

Eight. Do an iFLY indoor sky dive.

Nine. Take Alice on a mummy and daughter day.

Ten. Before Holly starts school in September, make the most of this time. Plan more special days out with her.

Eleven. Do Go Ape. We went to a forest that did this and it looks amazing and perfect for me.

Twelve. Ride in a hot air balloon. Not sure I’ll manage this one, but I will try.

Thirteen. Stay somewhere with a hot tub or a private pool.

Fourteen. Read all the Harry Potter Books

Fifteen. Take what I’ve learnt at my photography course and put into action.

Sixteen. Make a plan on what I will do when Holly starts school (sob!) and put into action.

Seventeen. Hire a beach hut.

Eighteen. Start work on the interiors of our home.

Now all I need to do is get planning some of these to make sure they happen this year.

I’m tagging some lovely bloggers to write their 18 Things in 2018:-

Laura – Five Little Doves;

Natalie – Plutonium Sox;

Gee – Gee Gardner

Jess – Tantrums To Smiles.
