It has been a month since I first pressed that ‘publish’ button and my first blog post was out there for everyone to read. I’m a real pro now!!
I was really nervous, but I am so pleased that I got the courage to do it. I still get nervous when I go to publish something, but now it’s because I question is it the best it can be? will people be interested in it? I do still wonder if anyone will read it…
But gradually people are starting to read my blog and when an email pops into my inbox to tell me someone has left a comment, liked a post ,retweeted a tweet or liked a picture, I am really excited and rush off to see who it was or what they have said.
I’ve received some lovely comments already on my blog posts, which amazes me that people have not only taken the time to read my blog, but it touched them enough to leave a comment.
I have thought about starting a blog for a very long time and I am now kicking myself that I didn’t start it sooner, I love it!
I love that I can capture all the little moments in my girls life and I have it all here in my own little bit of the web. Something that I can share with Alice and Holly when they are older, as a diary of their life.
I think this might be one hobby that I will be sticking too, blogging has given me my ‘sparkle’ back…
