“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

by Kahlil Gibran

Last week was half term for us and we had a brilliant week. We started it with a trip to Dorset which was brilliant and we ended it with a fairly quiet weekend.

On Saturday we went to Dinton Pastures Country Park for a run about. It ended up being quite eventful as Holly got stuck in some mud and when Andy went to help her, he fell too. I laughed!

This photo of Alice was taken after all mud incident and I love how peaceful it is, the calm amongst the craziness sums up Alice so perfectly.

My little Holly enjoying the big girl slide that she liked to call it. This girl has no fear!

I’ve been wanting to go to Dinton Pastures for so long, it looks lovely! I liked Frensham Ponds but I think it’s closed now isn’t it? I would have laughed at the mud too! xx

Oh no! Although I probably would have totally laughed too! That slide looks pretty steep. I’m wondering if there is something about the second born and not having any fear! Xx #livingarrows
