The weather forecast showed all week, that the weekend was going to be constant rain, wind and hail. Our plans got rearranged, and we were expecting to spend another weekend at home.
Then the forecast for Sunday changed and the morning was going to be dry and sunny. We headed out for a walk, making the most of the gorgeous weather while we had it. The girls loved running about and it felt good to get some fresh air. Afterwards we headed to the cafe for a drink to warm up which was lovely. It turned out that the sunshine stayed longer, and after lunch we took the girls out on their bikes which they loved. The rain did arrive, but not until after dinner when we were all tucked up inside. It was a lovely weekend.
