Another week has passed us by and it’s time to share with you my favourite posts from last week’s #SharingtheBlogLove . Don’t forget to pop over to Laura’s post and see who she is showcasing too.
Holly is starting to drop her nap and I must admit I’m not looking forward to the day when it’s gone forever. But reading this post from Alana, 5 Reasons Why The End Of Nap time Isn’t The End Of The World, gives me hope that it can be a positive experience. I long for the day we can have day trips and not have to factor in a nap or worry that Holly will fall asleep on the way home.
Sparkles and Stretchmarks
If you read my blog you will know that I have anxiety and whilst I have come so far over the last year, it’s a constant battle. It was really refreshing and encouraging to read Hayley’s post, Anxiety & Me: How I Got My Life Back. Hayley has done amazingly well over the last 12 months and it’s actually quite remarkable the difference her life is now to what it was. She has shared some tips that worked for her and some that I’m going to try too.
Mrs Mummy Harris
When you get pregnant and become a mummy, you told are lots of things. But there is also A LOT of things you are not warned about. Not that it would change your mind about having a child, but it would be good to know that your body may never be the same again. And in ways that you didn’t think possible. Lianne’s post, What They Don’t Tell You About Your Body Once You’ve Had A Baby, she shares with us not only her own experiences, but several other bloggers too.
At the moment I’m really body conscious, and I loved reading this post, Feel Fabulous – Learning To Accept My Imperfections. It’s really encouraging to see so many wonderful woman not only embracing their own bodies, but sharing that with everyone. I know that I need to appreciate what my body has done over the last 4 years and what it has given me.
If you missed any of these it would be great if you popped over to one of them and gave them some love…
