It’s that time of the week where I share with you my favourite posts from last week’s #SharingtheBlogLove. If you’re on half term I hope your having a lovely week, it’s been a busy start for us, but we now have a few quieter days and I think we all need them.
The Ladybirds Adventures
I’ve always loved a treasure basket and remember doing them for both my girls. But I never thought to theme them and I really like this idea, it gives you the chance to swap them about and keep your baby interested. With it being the month of love a, Valentine’s Day Treasure Basket is a lovely idea.
Welsh Mum Writing
Helen shares with us, 10 great things about being an older mum. I’ve never really thought about the age I was when I became a mum and what that might mean to my life, how I deal with things and what it might result in. It’s great to read that Helen has so many positives to what it meant for her.
Bubbablue and Me
It’s that time of year when we start to think about holidays for the year. Emma has shared with us a great post on the best type of holidays for families. It’s a really informative post that gives us great advice of the different options available. We’ve always gone for villas or lodges when we’ve gone away. This gives the girls their own bedrooms, we can eat at home if needed and Andy and I have somewhere to sit in the evenings. What is your favourite type of holiday?
I love Jo’s posts, she always gives great practical advice for parents. In her latest post she talks about the tough things once rule that helps reduce the clutter. It was the first time that I’ve read her post and it was already something that I do. It’s a great rule to live by and I know that it massively helps me keep on top of things. Especially with all the school letters and birthday invites.
If you missed any of these, please head over and give them some love…
