“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
by Kahlil Gibran
We’re now in our second lockdown, but it feels different to last time. With schools stills open, our day to day life hasn’t changed that much. We weren’t able to see many people at the weekends anyway, because of the rule of 6 and we’ve been enjoying weekends at home, just the four of us.
We miss spending time with our friends and family, but we’re staying positive for the girls. I’m grateful that National Trust places have been able to stay open this time. We visited our local one at the weekend, and it was nice to be able to support them. We enjoyed a nice hot drink and cake and it was a gorgeous sunny autumn day to be able to sit outside.
