We’ve always been passionate about our girls learning to swim, for me it’s a life skill that everyone should have. Both girls started swimming classes when they were 12 weeks old and they’ve been having lessons ever since.
It’s important that our girls are safe when they are swimming and a brand that we’ve always been a fan of is, Konfidence.
When we went on our holiday to Portugal a couple of years ago, it was Konfidence swim jackets that I brought for the girls. They gave me the peace of mind that they were safe around the pool, as well as in the pool.
Its when we go away to places that have a swimming pool that I really see the benefit of the girls learning to swim. Seeing them confident in the water, able to handle themselves in deep water and the fun that they have. It’s brilliant and makes our time there calm and enjoyable.
I’m very excited to be sharing with you today that we’ve been asked to be Konfidence Swimologists for 2018, along with five other fabulous bloggers. We’re going to be putting the Konfidence swim jackets to the test at Alton Towers later this year, which I will be sharing with you all.
We’ve also got a trip to the beach planned with a very exciting task to do, which you will have to watch this space for. But the girls have their wetsuits, buckets and spades ready to go.
It’s always a real honour to be asked to represent a brand and to be an ambassador for them. For us though it’s also about it being the right brand for us as a family and Konfidence couldn’t be a better fit for us. The girls love the water, love swimming and it’s something that we actively encourage.
It is also Konfidence 20th anniversary this year, which makes it even more special to be part of for 2018. 20 years since the first Konfidence swim jacket. I’m excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to share it all with you.
